Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy for Appointments and Course Registrations:

1. You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled time slot.
2. If you cancel within this timeframe, we will initiate the cancellation process.
3. Refunds are not provided as a general policy. In exceptional cases, a 50% refund will be processed within 30 days.

Rescheduling Policy:
1. Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before your booked time slot.
2. You can reschedule a booking only once.
3. If you are unable to make it for the rescheduled time slot, a new booking must be made.

Punctuality Policy:
1. We recommend our customers to be punctual for their consultations.
2. The allotted time slot will not be extended due to any delays on your end.
3. If there are delays from our end, we will compensate by either extending the time or rescheduling the time slot to a date convenient for you.
